Hi Sahadev,

I am not sure how you are. If you don’t feel up to answering questions please let me know. I hope you are feeling better and that you are recovering from the injury as well as the shock of an injury to your nervous system. Injuries affect us in many ways so be very kind to yourself.

My questions are about data capture. I am wondering if there is an easy way to capture the following data. I don’t think it’s work creating a new capability in Reg, but this data will help us assess offerings if the data is easy to get. I have found Reg has functions we don’t even know about. Of the MEs in the past year is it possible to see how many are first time registrants? Is it possible to see if those first time (or any) MEs return for other programs? Is it possible to easily get the emails of MEs and PRs? Right now I cut and paste into my email account when I send a thank you letter. It’s a bit time consuming. Thank you so much and just let me know if you aren’t up for this right now. I totally understand.

Much love Rashmi

Rashmi, (Cc’ing LilaL and Lara),

Okay.

On the Listings page there is now an ME Info Listing where you provide a From date and a To date.

Check it out. I think it answers what you asked for. I’d suggest testing it on a month’s worth of days before you try it on a year’s worth. Please verify it is correct.

Pretty AWESOME, Sahadev!!!

This provides useful information for us to better understand our ME audience. Since the inauguration of the ME program in Fall 2022:

Total ME registrants: 320

Number for which ME was their first registration: 257 = 80%

Number for which ME was not last registration, and they subsequently signed up for other programs: 35 = 11%

Number of participants for which ME was first and only registration: 242 = 76%

I’ll let Rashmi respond, but I am thinking it could be helpful to have the email addresses available in a comma separated text format instead of automatically opening an email program. But I see that we could copy and paste using this as-is.

I hope that your arm is healing well and that you are enjoying the summer days.

With deep gratitude,
Lara

That is so cool, Sahadev. I love data and this is a data lover’s dream. This is very helpful. I felt like most MEs were first time visitors but didn’t realize how widespread it was.

Thank you
